Fleet Support Limited is an engineering and support services company operating at the heart of the integrated surface ship design, build and through life support community in Portsmouth. Garvel Clyde offers dry docking facilities and turnkey marine repair services located at Greenock and Troon on the Firth of Clyde. Our Greenock Drydock is located within the James Watt Dock Harbour, and at 200m in length is one of the largest dry docks in the west coast of the United Kingdom and we have over 300m of secure berthing available for alongside repairs. Our Troon Drydock is located in the Port of Troon, which offers one of the most sheltered harbours in the west coast of Scotland.

ASTICAN is a privately owned ship repair yard with a staff of about 200 plus subcontractors, and whose main activity is the repair, maintenance and conversion of all kinds of vessel. The yard which was founded in 1973, became fully operative in 1976 and was privatized in 1989. ASTICAN's modern installations, particularly its lifting platform drydocking system, skilled workforce, respond to the quality and service that ship owners demand according to the strictest international standards.

Following a long tradition of Shiprepairing in Brest (our Drydock no.1 was probably the largest drydock in the world when it was commissioned in 1910) Groupe Meunier brought in a new style of management. Nowadays, Sobrena is the major Shiprepair Yard in France. With three drydocks (up to 80 m width and 420 m length) Sobrena can accommodate nearly all the ships in the World, with only very few ULCC exceptions.
